    Tell us about your event. We'll reply with a custom quote in 1–2 business days.

    Design Consult

    Lock the vision, sign the contract, secure your date with a retainer.

  3. 03

    Setup

    We deliver, install, and style on-site. You arrive to a finished room.

  4. 04

    Celebrate

    Be present. We handle the rest, from timeline to teardown.

What to expect at each step

  1. Inquire. Submit the contact form or text Sofiya. We reply within 1–2 business days with a custom quote and a 30-minute discovery call slot.
  2. Design Consult. 30–60 minute call to lock the vision. We send the contract and retainer invoice within 24 hours. Date holds the moment retainer clears.
  3. Setup. We arrive on-site at the agreed window. Setup is fully managed — you don't lift a finger. For balloon-only events this is the bulk of the work.
  4. Celebrate. The team stays through the event when coordination is booked, or steps out post-install for decor/balloon-only. Teardown is included.
